Formulated “Vorozhtsov’s rule” to describe the relation between the structure of naphthalene derivatives and their capacity for reaction with sodium bisulfite. Described the catalytic mechanism of sulfates in mutual conversion reactiongs of oxyand amino-dcrivates in the naphthalene series. Developed a general theory of alkali floatation reactions.
