Nikolay Sergeevich Sapelkin was the 1st Secretary of the Kastoren District Committee of the All-Union Lenin Communist Youth League (1991). An employee of the diocesan administration (Voronezh, 1996-2003), at the same time a lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism at Voronezh State University (2000-2005), deputy general director of Promtekstil, ОАО (2000-2002). Director of the Voronezh representative office of the Ivanovo State Textile Academy (since 2002). Organizer of professional competitions and festivals of clothing designers in Central Russia. Director of the Almaz Publishing House (2005-2008). General Director of Central Black Earth Publishing House, OOO (since May 2008).
The author of more than 200 publications in the Russian media, including in the journal "Yunost", "Young Guard", "Rise". Editor-in-chief of the "Spectrum Fashion maazine (since 2005), Provincial Style (since 2006). The initiator of the publication in Voronezh of the all-Russian literary almanac "Day of Poetry" (2006) and "Day of Orthodox Poetry" (2008).
