In 1963 he graduated from the Musical College in accordion and orchestral conducting classes.
Nikolay Vasilievich Dyatchin was the Head of a variety ensembles at the House of Culture of the Comintern (Voronezh, 1963-2005). In 1972-1993 he has become the artistic director of the vocal-instrumental ensemble "Fantasy": the ensemble became the winner of many creative awards, including the Voronezh Komsomol named after V. Kubanev (1976), the All-Russian TV contest "Hello, we We are looking for talents "(1972), the annual regional competitions of the Komsomol song (Voronezh, 1973-1983), the 1st All-Union Festival of Creative Work of Workers (1976). Also he worked as the Head of the Studio Pop Song at the Garrison House of Officers (since 2005).
