Myskow attended Wykeham Collegiate School in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa where she learned to speak Afrikaans and Bell Baxter High School in Fife, Scotland.

She is also a regular contributor on Grumpy Old Women. She then read English at the University of Street Andrews but did not graduate. Myskow was a writer for some years for Jackie and then became the first female editor of the teenage magazine.
On television she appeared as a panelist on Through the Keyhole and three series of New Faces.
She currently works for Independent Television and regularly reviews the newspapers on This Morning and recently contributed to discussions on The Alan Titchmarsh Show, Daybreak and The Michael Ball Show, the last of which was cancelled in 2010. Her autobiography was entitled Love, Sex and the Pursuit of Chocolate.
As of 2012 she appeared on the Big Brother spin-off show Big Brother"s Bit on the Side a number of times as well as entering the Big Brother House for a media training task in August for the thirteenth series.
