1942-1945 Secretary, Krasnopresnensky District Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1945 Sccr., All-Union Central Trade-Union Council. 1957-1958 Chairman, AJl-Union Society for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, renamed 1958 the Union of Soviet Society for Friendship and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries.
