She graduated from the philological department of the History and Philology Faculty of the Voronezh State University in 1958.
Career
She was a head of the Library of Vocational School at Voronezh in 1958-1960. Since 1960, she was a the librarian, senior editor, head of the department, and a head of the department of organizational mass educational and methodical work (2003-2006) of the music and theater library (the special city library of arts named after AS Pushkin).
Achievements

Ninellia Ivanovna orginized numerous musical, theatrical, literary, artistic, local history and other cultural and educational activities which are held on the basis of the library. Since December 2004, she has been preparing weekly radio programs from the cycle "Songs of the Bygone Century" on the radio station "Mayak-Voronezh".
