Career
Tishby received a full drama scholarship to the Tel Aviv National Museum of Arts and went on to play the lead in the Israel"s prime television time soap opera Ramat Aviv Gimmel. Tishby became a household name in Israel and appeared in numerous television shows and films, among them the critically acclaimed Five Minutes Walking. Her album Nona was the first English-speaking full album released by an Israeli artist.
Nona was also released in Japan by Virgin Records.
In the United States, Tishby appeared in Michael Bay"s The Island with Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson. She also was cast in leading roles in the indie films Fatwa and Connecting Dots – the latter film winning first prize at The New York and Los Angeles Independent Festival.
Tishby"s television credits include NCIS, Leverage, Computer Society of India:Miami, Computer Society of India:New York, Nip/Tuck, The 4400, Las Vegas, and Star Trek: Enterprise. Tishby"s recent projects are The Ghost of Girlfriends Past for Warner Brothers opposite Matthew McConaughey, as well as recurring roles on Home Box Office’s Big Love and American Broadcasting Company"s The Deep End.
Noa played the lead in the Israeli drama 2.3 Times a Week.
She played an Ella, a super star singer and as part of the show released a new single and a video to Israeli radio. She is the international face of Jewelry and fashion designer Michal Negrin. As Producer to lobby on Capitol Hill.
Foreign two and-a-half years, Tishby served in the Israel Defense Forces as a singer with a military performing group.
Noa was on The 2012 Jerusalem Post list of the 50 most influential Jews in the world alongside Benjamin Netanyahu, Natalie Portman and Mark Zuckerberg.
