Career
After the war, Nobuyuki elected to the House of Representatives four times successively and served as vice-speaker under Speakers Shidehara, Hay ash I and Ono. He served as Minister of State for the 2nd Yoshida Cabinet supervising local finance committee and the Local Self-Governing Board. He was an influential political leader in Kanagawa Prefecture, though the general election of 1955.
