Chairman selection committee for excellent quality control plant of pre-fabricated plant Ministry International Trade and Industry, since 1987. Seminar leader European Organization for Quality Control, 1988. Dean quality improvement course United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Vienna, Tokyo, since 1990.
