Norikiyo Kamo was born in 1798.
Norikiyo Kamo moved to Edo (1846) to preach Shintoism, but began advocating the opening of doors to foreigners and in subordination to the Shogunate. For this he was exiled to Hachijojima Island (1848), where he died thirteen years later.
