Career

Civil engineer Shimizu Construction, Japan, 1964-1967. From assistant to lecturer to associate professor Nagoya Institute of Technology, 1969-1984, professor, 1984—2005, professor emeritus, since 2005. Chairman department civil engineering Nagoya Institute of Technology, 1991-1993, dean, Night School, 2000-2002.
