The law firm of Cousins and Johnson was originally founded by Donald C. Cousins as a general practice, gradually becoming more devoted to the areas of claimant"s Workers" Compensation and other medically oriented areas.
The firm name changed to Cousins and Johnson in 1987 with Norma South. Johnson then becoming a partner. Donald Cousins has been a two term Chairman of the Workers" Compensation Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Norma Johnson has been appointed an attorney trial referee for the Bridgeport Superior Court. The firm now has six attorneys concentrating in the area of personal injury and claimant"s Workers" Compensation matters, including traumatic injuries, repetitive trauma, and occupational disease, arbitration.
