Norman was the brother of Thomas Sargant. East. The correspondence of Sargant are kept at two locations, one at the Cadbury Research Library Special Collections at the University of Birmingham and the other at Norman Carr Collection at Information Services, Orchard Learning Resources Centre, University of Birmingham.
