Tisha started her acting career through the drama Shat Prohorer Kabbo directed by Ahsan Habib and written by Anonto Heera. Tisha also formed a band named Angel Four.
Tisha first modelled for Meril Lipjel. After a six-year break, Tisha returned to television advertising in 2014 by appearing in an ad for Square.
