Also serves as director of Japan Students' Sumo League and counselor of the Big Six Universities' Baseball League.
Ogawa Hanji elected three times to Kyoto Municipal Assembly, once to Kyoto Prefectural Assembly and three times to House of Representatives (from 1946).
