Ogawa Kazukiyo graduated from Electrical Engineering Department of Tokyo University (1915) and then entered Electrical Experimental Station of Communications Ministry. Studied the communications business in England, Germany and USA (1922-1923).
Career
He appointed director of 2nd Department of Electrical Experimental Station (1921), assumed additional post of professor of Tohoku University (1936). Ogawa became engineer at Electrical Experimental Station and resigned as professor of Tohoku University (1937). Appointed director and chief of Technical Department of Fuji Tsiishinki Seizo Kaisha (Fuji Communications Machinery Manufacturing Company) (1937), chief of Communications Department of the head office of Furukawa Electrical Industry Company (1940) and professor of Yokohama Semmon Gakko (Yokohama College) (1947) and thereafter became professor and dean of Engineering Department of Kanagawa University (since 1949).
