Ogawa Seiichiro graduated from Economics Department of Keio University (1937).
Career
Ogawa Seiichiro entered Seibundo Shinkosha Publishing Company (1937) and became its director (1941) and then president (since 1946). Visited Shanghai (1934) and then Taipeh (1936) as member of Keio University's hockey team. Sent to Malaya, Burma and Java as member of army press corps (1942).
Holds additional posts of director of Hokuetsu Seishi Kaisha (Paper Company) and permanent director and chief of Administrative Office of Zenkoku Shuppan Kyokai (National Publishers' Association).
