Okabe Saburo

Background

Okabe Saburo was born in 1892.

Career

Okabe served as engineer of Home Ministry and Tokyo Municipal Government, director and president of Amagasaki Harbor Construction Company and several other companies and there after assumed the above-captioned post. Became member of various industrial committees of Economic Stabilization Board and Airiculture and Forestry Ministry and as official of several public organizations for harbor construction.
