1886—1924 at Bolshoy Theater. 1924-1932 ballet dancer and ballet-master, Children’s Ballet Theater, Moscow. From 1918 also taught ballet.
1932-1941 founded and taught at School of Stage Dancing and “Dance Island” Choreographic Theater at Moscow’s Centr Park of Culture and Rest. One of the eminent methodologists of choreographic educational. Roles: the Queen in Lebedinoye ozero (Swan Lake).
