Oleg graduated from the Faculty of History of the Voronezh State University in 1975.
In 1983 Oleg studied at Voronezh Musical School, Conducting and choral department in Voronezh.

Oleg graduated from the Faculty of History of the Voronezh State University in 1975, conducting and choral department of the Voronezh Musical School in 1983, and the Theological Seminary of the Russian United Methodist Church in 2002.
From 1975 to 1991, Oleg was head of various vocal and instrumental ensembles in Voronezh, Belgorod, and Lutsk. Since the beginning of the 1970s, he organized several creative groups that adhered to an alternative direction in Soviet pop music and were winners of many regional and interregional rock festivals. Participated in the preparation of literary and musical compositions based on verses by Federico Garcia Lorca, Robert Burns and other poets.
Since 1991, he regularly performs at concerts held by various charitable organizations. Participated in international festivals of Christian church music in the United States (2000, 2001, 2003), Ukraine (2002), Germany (2003), Slovakia (2007).
Author of more than 800 vocal and instrumental works, including lyrics by A. Koltsov, I. Nikitin, I. Bunin, O. Mandelstam, S. Marshak, A. Zhigulin, V. Gordeychev, V. Sidorov and other poets, as well as music to theatrical productions and documentaries. Recorded and released 31 CDs with his songs.
