Oleg Igorevich Matveev, Ukrainian Physicist, educator. Achievements include over 20 patents (Russia); research in atomic light and image resonance ionization detection and nontraditional methodology of the open expertise of scientific results; discovery of new effective mechanism of collisional ionization of laser-excited atoms in flame and high temperature gas; development of first commercial Laser Enhanced Ionization spectrometer.
