Career
Acting Chief Executive Officer of National Television Company of Ukraine (from February 20, 2013 until March 25, 2014 ). On March 18, 2014 Svoboda party members published a video online of Svoboda MPs beating acting president of the Ukrainian state broadcaster, Oleksandr Panteleymonov, and trying to force him to sign a resignation letter because he decided to broadcast the Crimea ascension to the Russian Federation ceremony in the Kremlin. Panteleymonov"s broadcast was characterized in-video as ""state treason" by Svoboda Member of Parliament Miroshnychenko who at the time was Deputy Head of the Parliament"s Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information.

Oleksandr Panteleymonov was born February 2, 1978 in Kyiv. In 1999 he graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2003 he obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science.

During 2005–2010 years - project manager, director of consulting company "Agency for Humanitarian Technologies"
