Career
From 1973 to 1988 she worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Federal Government Institute of Economic Research in Moscow, Russia.
Performed sophisticated analyses of labor productivity, production cost , conducted in-depth research, modeling, planning and forecast for industries and individual companies,. applied optimization theory to economics.
Managed subordinated institutions and research team in-house to develop and implement new experimental prognosis methods in the transition economies of 1984-1988.
In 1988 immigrated to the USA .
In the USA , was involved in the joint Russia and US project at the Council of Economic Priorities. Project was dedicated to conversion Soviet military industry to the civilian production.
Participated in the designing of the Computer Assistance Transportation System for the NYC Department of Education Transportation Program.
Participated in the design and development of the International Banking Network Project dedicated to the creation Electronic Banking Platform to implement smart cards for Russia at IBN, LTD, New York
From 1993 worked as Sr. Analyst for New York City Government.
Provided analytical support to the Executive Staff of FDNY. Perform diverse ad hoc responses to information requests, and data driven analyses used by Executive staff to manage the department operational activities. and to assess the impact of department management decisions on the effectiveness of operations.
Instrumental in the design and development of the reporting system for “welfare to work” initiatives for Human Resource Administration .
Defined, developed and conducted statistical studies for Civilian Complaint Review Board.
