Consulting engineer, also chief engineer of Eastern Potash Corporation, New York, 1919-1921. Consulting engineer New York State Board of Health, 1896-1906. Member of New York State Water Storage Commission, 1902, New York State Bay Commission, 1903.

Member Metropolitan Sewerage communications of New New York Mech. engineer, Ordnance Department, Washington, 1918-1919. Consulting practice. Author: Metric Tables. Contributor to scientific and technical journals.
