Kilifi lives and trains in Seattle, Washington and attended high school at Tyee High School located in Seatac, Washington. Kilifi debuted for the United States. national team during the end of year tests in November 2013, earning two substitute appearances. Kilifi started in both of the March 2014 qualifying matches against Uruguay for the 2015 World Cup, and was at the time considered one of the United States. team"s best scrummagers.
