Career
Oliver had been the live/studio bass player for Blind Guardian between 1998 and 2012. In 2009–2010, he toured with Tarja Turunen. In 2011, he released an European Parliament called The Mirror of Silence with Pergana.
He also joined Rhapsody of Fire as a permanent member following the departure of Patrice Guers until his departure in August 2014.
