Omoto Hiroshi graduated from Waseda University.
Career
Omoto Hiroshi entered Nihon Tokushu Kokan Kaisha (Japan Special Steel Pipe Company) (1933) and became chief of its Steel Section (1941). Transferred to Toto Seiko Kaisha (1944) and after successive promotions became director and superintendent of its Suna-machi Plant (1946), senior managing director (1949) and then president (since 1954) .
