Agriculturist and officer in charge U.N.R.R.A., Chekiang Province, China, 1946-1948. Agricultural adviser for New York City Draft Board, by appointment United States Department of Agriculture, 1918-1919.

Made agricultural surveys for Near East Relief, in southern The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and Greece, 1926, 1927. Director of education for Near East Relief in Armenia, summer 1926.
