Osamu entered the bar after graduating from Nihon University.
Career
Osamu was president of a number of firms including the Asahi Coal Mining Co. He was adviser to the Central Japan Farmers Union, a member of the Gifu Municipal Assembly. Osamu elected to the House of Councillors after the war.
