KAPPER, Oskar was born in 1888.
1913 graduated St. Petersburg Forestry Institute.
1913-1916 assist, forester and instructor, Khrenovskoy Forestry School, Voronezh Gubemiya. 1916-1924 senior Assistant, 1924-1930 lecturer, Chair of Dendrology, Forestry Faculty, Voronezh Agriculture Institute. Specialist in the biology and ecology of arboreous species, vegetative reproduction of arboreous species in relation to environment, time of planting and the felling seasons.
Laid out a plot with more than 400 arboreous species at Voronezh Forestry Institute.
