Hiroemon II was at first called Ryiizaemon.He was good at comic and villainous roles, played at three theaters in Edo.
Hiroemon III was also good at playmg the parts of villains. He owned the Nakamuraza theater in Edo.
Otani became Hangoro Sakata IV afterward.
