Otto Constantin studied at the National High School of Fine Arts “Queen Mary” which he graduated in 2009.
Then, he pursued his artistic training on the painting department of the University of Fine Arts in Bucharest, Romania.
Otto Constantin’s career started from the participation at his first group exhibition Painting and Sculpture Exhibition within the National Theatre Festival “Ideo Ideis” in 2011 in Romania. The personal debut of the artist, which demonstrated painting installation and sculpture, "Saint Andrew night", took place the same year in the Bucharest University of Arts.
This one was followed a year later by several demonstrations in his native Romania and Bulgaria, including the Bestfest Music Festival at Bestfest Park in Bucharest, the Bucharest National History Museum, the International art festival “Via Pontica” in Sofia and the International Book Fair Gaudeamus in Bucharest where Otto presented his sculptures.
His other personal shows, organized in Bucharest, include "Romanian rituals" painting exhibition (2012), "Child exhibition " inspired by a movie (2013), "Protest on the canvas" exhibition against mining at Rosia Montana (2013), "Eulogy to the romanian village" (2013) and "Ritual" within Pleshoo Contemporary and Go art Projects (2015). These years, Otto Constantin had also participated in many group exhibitions.
The latest demonstration of Constantins’ artworks were Salonul Nerefuzatilor at Visual art center and SISAF within the Street International Festival, both of 2017 in Bucharest, Romania.
Now, Otto Constantin is working on the project dubbed Prodigium in which the artist refers to his childhood themes showing the abilities of someone to do incredible things.
