Career
Born in Austrian capital Vienna, back then capital of Austro-Hungary, Fischer played with Hertha Wien and Karlsbader FK, before playing six consecutive sesons in the Austrian championship, first with First Vienna Football Club (3 seasons, 1923 till 1926), then with Hakoah Vienna (3 seasons, 1926 till 1929) and including a spell with Wacker Wien (half season of 1927-1928). Between 1923 and 1928 he made 7 appearances for the Austrian national team Schloime Fischer coached South.S.C. Napoli in the 1928-1929 season.
He then coached Serbian side FK Mačva Šabac in the 1930-1931 Yugoslav Championship.
He also coached DSV Saaz and HŠK Concordia. Then he moved to Latvia where he coached Olimpia Liepaja.
He was killed in Liepaja, Latvia, on July 1941.
