In 1966, Oya opened his first exhibition in 1966 in Ankara. She has participated in various exhibitions abroad. Some of her paintings were distributed to Turkey's foreign missions. Oya Katoglu depicts the traditional life forms of Anatolia in its natural surroundings in the surface-bound compositions of the miniature art. The artist lives in Ankara.
