Associate lecturer Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, 1967-1971, lecturer, 1971-1980, assistant professor, 1980-1988, adjunct faculty, 1984-1987, professor engineering, since 1988, chairman Center for Continuing Education, 1988-2000, founder, volunteer Blood and Eye Donors Club.
