1893 began revol activities in Samara, where she met Lenin, Sklyarenko, Lalayanets and other members of a Marxist circle. Helped establish Yekaterinoslav League for the Liberation of the Working Class. 1900 exiled to Eastern Siberia.
Summer 1902 emigrated to Geneva. Member, Foreign League of Russian Revol SocDemocrats. After 2nd Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress sided with Bolsheviks.
Helped prepare 3rd Party Congress. After 1917 October Revol Party work. During World War 2 political work in Leningrad.
