1895 — 1917 worked on railroads. 1917-1920 chief of traction service and deputy head, Vladikavkaz Railroad. Head, Azcr Railroad; then chairman, Caucasian Okrug Freight Committee.
1921-1928 Council member and deputy chairman, Higher Technical Committee and Council member, Sciences and Technical Committee, People's Commissariat of Means of Communication. Also worked for State Planning Committee.
