Career
Chuchottaworn was born in 1956. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, and a Doctor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology. Chuchottaworn has been Chief Executive Officer and president of Ministry of Posts, Telegraphs & Telephones, France since 10 September 2011.
