Career
He is mostly known for supervising two matches in the 1982 in Spain. Casarin officiated at Union of European Football Associations Euro 1988, in addition to 1982 and 1986 World Cup qualifying matches. He is known to have worked as a Fédération internationale de football association referee during the period from 1979 to 1988.
In 2012, he was inducted into the Italian Football Hall of Fame.
