Pasha Bahadur Disai traced his ancestry to the Greek Satraps installed by Alexander the Great. The Sindhis and the Persians were the competing forces for the control of the Hamesha tribal homelands during his reign. The transit of Arabs and other peoples changed the culture and language of this unique tribe.
