He is currently serving as National Company-Chair of the Socialist Party United States of America, having been elected to that position at their 2015 National Convention in Milwaukee. Noble previously served as State Secretary of the Socialist Party of New Jersey from 2011 to 2015. Noble was raised in Red Bank, New Jersey, eventually attending the Academy of Allied Health & Science and graduating in 2011.
In March 2011, Noble was a founding member and elected Chair of the Socialist Party of Monmouth & Ocean Counties (later rechartered as the Central New Jersey Socialist Party), a local of the Socialist Party United States of America. He was elected as State Secretary of the Socialist Party of New Jersey (SPNJ) in July 2011.
During the campaign, Noble received media attention for accepting an invitation to address a local Tea Party group and the subsequent media battle that took place between Republican Party of New Jersey members over whether the invitation should have been extended in the first place. Noble finished in 6th place with 1,396 votes (067%).
Running again in 2012, Noble was a candidate for a Red Bank constituency seat the Red Bank Regional High School Board of Education. He was elected with 1,187 votes (5478%) over incumbent Nilsa Samol, carrying seven out of nine voting districts.
Noble was the plaintiff in a 2013 lawsuit against the State of New Jersey over the latter"s refusal to allow voters in New Jersey to register their affiliation with the Socialist Party of New Jersey.
The lawsuit was ultimately successful, with the State agreeing in March 2014 to grant voter registration abilities to the SPNJ. Noble was elected to the Socialist Party United States of America"s National Committee at their 2013 National Convention in New York City, coming in 2nd out of 8 candidates. He was also appointed National Treasurer by the new National Committee, having served in that role on an interim basis for the four months prior. Noble was elected National Company-Chair at the Socialist Party United States of America"s 2015 National Convention in Milwaukee, succeeding Mimi Soltysik who instead sought and received the party"s 2016 presidential nomination.
In the 2015 elections, Noble was re-elected to the Red Bank Regional High School Board of Education unopposed.
Along with United States Senator Bernie Sanders (Doctorate-Vermont) and Seattle City Councilwoman Kshama Sawant (SAlt), Noble is one of three elected officials in the United States that identify as a socialist, as well as the only member of the Socialist Party United States of America currently holding elected office. Noble was the 2011 Socialist candidate for the Board of Chosen Freeholders in Monmouth County, New Jersey, running in a six-person race for two seats. Though a non-partisan election, Noble ran as an open socialist and was endorsed by the Socialist Party of Monmouth & Ocean Counties.
Since 2013, Noble has served as a member of the Red Bank Regional High School Board of Education.
