Patricia Reedy was born on May 1, 1940, in Mount Vernon, New York, United States. She was the daughter of William Valentine and Gertrude E. (a business executive; maiden name, Mongarell; later surname, Zaffino) Reedy.
Patricia studied at the Berkeley School of Business (the Haas School of Business) and graduated in 1960. She received the certificate from Y&R School of Advertising in 1961. Besides, she attended Hunter College of the City University of New York, Art Students League, State University of New York College at Purchase, and Fairfield University.
Patricia M. Reedy appeared on stage as Fran, Promises, Promises, produced in Norfolk, Virginia, at Tidewater Dinner Theater in 1973. She also appeared in productions in New York, including appearances as Anita, Black Mountain, Lincoln Center Library in 1973. As Wonder Woman she played at Theater for the New City in 1974; as Maggie at It's Only Temporary, Gate Theater in 1976; as Delores at Sisters and Brothers, Women's Interart Theater in 1978; as Irma at Bagging It, American Theater of Actors in 1981.
Patricia appeared as the queen of France in Cordelia; as the wife in Tynside; and as a composer, Ever Wake Up. She gave readings from her works, both dramatic and poetic. She also was a judge of poetry contests, performed as a singer, including appearances at U.S. military bases.
Her television appearances include the movie Stage Struck, Columbia Broadcasting System in 1978; and appearances in episodes of The Dick Lamb Show in 1973, Hotline in 1979, The Joe Franklin Show in 1979, and Go for It in 1983. She also appeared in commercials a lot of times.
She was the director of the stage plays A Bundle for Brunch, American Theater of Actors in 1979. She was a stage manager and designer of lighting and sound for the play Legend of the Sword, Outdoor Theater, American Theater of Actors in 1982; designer of lighting and sound for Trapped in the Basement.
