Patrick Grettnich

Background

He is the son of former Luxembourg national football team player John Grettnich.

Career

Having played for Football Club Etzella Ettelbruck at the end of his career, he went on to manage fellow Nordstad team Football Club Erpeldange 72 in the Division of Honour. Since 9 October 2013 he is the manager of Strassen based football club University of North Alabama Strassen.

Achievements

• As player Luxembourg Cup: 1 2001 As a manager 2nd place with Etzella in the Éierepromotioun 2012, Etzella was thus directly promoted to BGL Ligue 3rd place with Strassen in the Éierepromotioun 2015 (he won the subsequent promotion game and thus Strassen was promoted).
