Career

Assistant priest, Makumbi Mission, 1967-1969; priest-in-charge, All Souls Mission, 1969; episcopal vicar, Mutoko and Murewa, 1970; auxiliary bishop of Harare, 1972; archbishop of Harare, Zimbabwe, since 1976. President Inter-Regional Meeting of Bishops of Southern Africa, 1992-1995.
