Moody, Senior, a well-known and highly respected attorney and civic leader in Portsmouth and throughout Virginia. Over the years, the firm has grown under the leadership of Willard Moody emphasizing strong client relationships and responsive legal service. Willard Moody began practicing law in Virginia in 1952 and began his legislative career in 1956 when he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates.
