He was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 1995 NFL Expansion Draft. The foundation raises funds for medical research of myotubular myopathy, and other related congenital myopathies.
Achievements

He played with the New York Jets (1988–1994, where his teammates honored him with the Editor Block Courage Award), the Jacksonville Jaguars (1995–1996), Green Bay Packers (1997), and the Baltimore Ravens (1998). During the 1995 season, Frase received the Editor Block Courage Award for a second time in the award"s 18-year history.
