Municipal Law, Real Estate, Corporate, Securities, Employment and Labor Relations (Management and Public Sector), Taxation, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate, Environmental and Land Use Law, Municipal Finance, Water Rights, Education Law, Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights. Admitted to the bar, 1957, California.
