King then traveled to China to meet with various technology manufacturers in order to find the best quality manufacturer.
King felt comfortable with one firm after analyzing half a dozen options, and invited Gold over to the factory to confirm his opinion. Gold felt comfortable with their work. A 47-page contract was put together in Miami by Lipscomb Brady and Bobadilla PL, and then translated to Chinese.
The contract was signed in China on June 14th, 2008.
