Career
He currently presents The Paul Miller Show and The Paul Miller Soul Show on British Broadcasting Corporation Local Radio in the South of England. Before his current run on the radio, Miller was offered a job at Channel 4"s Big Breakfast, but turned down the offer because of his love for the radio. Miller first appeared on British Broadcasting Corporation Radio Solent in 1994 as a traffic reporter on the station"s morning slot.
A couple years later he was given his own show, broadcast on Saturday and Sunday nights, and was simulcast on British Broadcasting Corporation Southern Counties Radio from September 1997.
Since 1999, he has hosted the late show from 10pm-1am every weekday, which is broadcast to six stations, reaching much of the South of England:

The Paul Miller Show
The Paul Miller Show is primarily phone-in based, with callers contributing to a number of topics each evening. The show is produced from Monday to Friday by Stephen Humphries (previously Daniel Baker) Since January 2015, each show starts with a game called "I Spy" and invites listeners to phone in and guess the given location"s mystery object.
The show"s most popular feature is a quiz game called "The Bag" in which six questions are asked by the producer, nicknamed Mr. Steve, then Paul and a listener and give their answers in turn.

After midnight the show has a different feature each night and on Friday evenings, the show features its best bits of the week. Miller previously presented a special music request edition of his show called The Music Club on Sunday evenings and, in September 2003, presented an outside broadcast of this show from the British Broadcasting Corporation Music Library in London. In September 2015, Stephen Humphries took Paul Miller to play his first ever game of bingo, with an outside broadcast that took place in an independent hall in Oxfordshire.
The Paul Miller Soul Show
The Paul Miller Soul Show is primarily music based two hour show with occasional requests made by listeners.
The show is broadcast on Sundays between 1 am and 3 am on British Broadcasting Corporation Radio Solent, Oxford and Berkshire, and repeated at 9pm on British Broadcasting Corporation Radio Oxford and Berkshire, and at 5pm on Dictionary of American Biography only on British Broadcasting Corporation Radio Solent. lieutenant is generally hosted solo.
Music featured includes commercially available jazz and soul music, on occasion Paul Miller specialises in one recently released album or compilation with some interjection of other tracks.
