In addition to practicing law, Mr. Monicatti is Director of Services and the lead mediator for United States Arbitration & Mediation of Michigan, Incorporated., which is affiliated with an international network of 50 independent attorney-operated and administered offices located throughout the United States, Canada and Europe, all specializing in alternative dispute resolution ("Alternative Dispute Resolution").
